Earlier last year, eBay changed the way it display completed auctions – an invaluable tool for many sports card collectors. With this change, eBay made it more difficult to see both the most recent completed sales and best offer prices accepted.
Our wonderful friends at sortsof.com have devised a very slick and simple website to now search and compare numerous eBay auctions at once.
The site allows you to search for any items for sale on eBay’s regular site. Unlike eBay, sortsof.com then allows for you to do another search and compare the results side-by-side. Within the search results you are able to filter by completed auctions and see final prices on best offers and auctions.
This tool has changed the way I search for items on eBay. I can now easily search and compare a number of sports card at once, versus having multiple browser tabs open on my machine. Best off all, the data is all real-time, so you can see completed sales as they happen and you don’t have to wait the 24-hours eBay places on their site for the sales data to appear.
Check them out and start changing your eBay habit.
Last week, 2014 Bowman Baseball hit the streets with much anticipation from collectors. Coverboys, Kris Byrant and Jose Abreu, are each featured on their highly-coveted 1st Bowman Chrome Auto cards and are certainly help drive the demand for this product. 54 prospect autos and 16 rookie autos have really diluted the release and much of the potential return value on the secondary market.

You know that feeling you get when something is supposed to be there, and it isn’t? That uneasy feeling of “maybe I just misplaced it” or “this just doesn’t feel right”. I think that may be the case with this 2013 Bowman Draft Dual Draftees Nick Ciuffo and Ryne Stanek card.
From an average look at the card, it appears to be your normal, run-of-the-mill insert in 2013 Bowman Draft Picks & Prospects that belongs to a 10-card Dual Draftees insert set.
No serial number.
No 1-of-1 stamp.
No autographs.
No chrome technology.
No others exist?
This card seemingly is the only one of its kind. No others have appeared on eBay or COMC. Reports for bulk breakers, that collectively opened over 250 cases, are that they did not get one. Most, in fact, believed the card was not produced until it showed up on eBay.
Collectors are left stumped as to the mystery of this card.
For you master-collectors, this 10-card set could be a hard one to complete.

From talking to the creators of SportsCardsList.com, they have future plans to add a trading mechanism to the site so users are able to contact and communicate with other collectors who may have a card they need.

Well, that was quick!
The 2013 Bowman Chrome Yasiel Puig Superfractor Auto has been pulled and sold. BlowOutCards.com forum member TSJCT pulled the card yesterday, September 28th, and has confirmed that the card was sold to a buyer in California for an undisclosed amount of money.
Speculation is that SBay Cards was the purchaser to include the card in one of their upcoming Super Box releases.
Until we know the exact fate of the card. Just enjoy the beauty of the card:
