In a recent tweet on Twitter, Topps has announced that Wilmer Flores has begun to sign his 2008 Bowman Chrome Draft2008 Bowman Chrome Draft cards. These originally were inserted in packs as redemption only and may collectors were growing inpatient and speculating that Flores would not sign and these cards would be deemed as replacements only.
